Cook up some western grub and enter the cook-off contest! Try it over the fire for a really amazing flavor! Categories of Judging: Best Meat, Chili, and Dessert. Cook-off participants sign up in the office before noon on Saturday for instructions. Judging at 5:00pm. Potluck dinner open to everyone, 5:30pm (Please bring a dish to share if you don't enter the cook-off contest.).
